The Process

One honest path forward

A structured way through the work. Slow, specific, and never done alone.

The work is twofold, and inseparable. First inward, then outward — and we hold both ends of it with you.

The placement call

A free 20-minute conversation. We listen for what you're carrying, what you've already tried, and what's still not moving. No script, just understanding enough to match you well—not to sell you the practice.

The match

You're paired with one of our practitioners—not the next available, but the right fit for the specific knot you're working on. If we don't have the right fit, we'll tell you, and point you somewhere honest.

Co-author the path

In your first sessions, you and your practitioner map out the path together: the knot to untangle, the patterns underneath it, the systems you're ready to step out of. It exists as a document you can both see—not as a vague intention.

The work

Weekly or fortnightly sessions, video-first. Emotional, relational and trauma-informed where it fits. Your practitioner's method is shaped around your path, not the other way around.

Between sessions

Small, specific check-ins from your practitioner—not generic prompts, but the next honest question. Practices to try. Things to notice. The sessions matter, but the hours between sessions matter more.

10-session review

Every 10 sessions, you and your practitioner step back and look at the path together. What's moved, what hasn't, what needs to change. The path is a living document, not a fixed plan.
